"What is Creativity?
The relationship between a human being and the mysteries of inspiration"
-Elizabeth Gilbert
(Big Magic)
This article is purely drafted to provide you some learning points from a Wonderful Book,I just read this afternoon,"Mastering Creativity-By James Clear."
The author puts down merely life lessons and begets any hypothesis.
He has kept the flow of his writing by providing different hacks to clear those mental blocks which we are conditioned to live these days.
Let me begin with a story.
Pablo Picasso, the famous Spanish artist, was walking through the market one day when a woman spotted him.She stopped the artist, pulled out a piece of paper and said,"Mr,Picasso,I am a fan of your work. Please ,could you do a little drawing for me?"
Picasso smiled and quickly drew a small, but beautiful piece of art on the paper. Then ,he handed the paper back to her saying,"That will be one million dollars."
"But,Mr Picasso," the woman said,It only took you thirty seconds to draw this little master piece."
"My good woman," Picasso said,"It took me thirty years to draw that masterpiece in thirty seconds."
TAKEAWAY TIP 1:
"EVEN PEOPLE OF CONSIDERABLE TALENT RARELY PRODUCE INCREDIBLE WORK BEFORE DECADES OF PRACTICE."

| ARE YOU READY TO BREAK THE MONOTONY? |
So next time, when you work on your Dream Project and it fails at the first shot, dont grin and ruin ,but try and try and with relentless efforts, you shall transcend to greater glory for sure.
Each and every individual born on this planet is blessed and endowed with a Talent that is his own AURA.But it takes persistent practice and efforts to actually cream it.
Whether it be dentistry, crafistry or any other profession,it all requires a sense of Passion with oodle of creativeness to make it a masterpiece.
Let me share yet another story which may tickle your right brain to actually spring forth in action.
In 2002,Markus Zusak sat down to write a book.
He tried narrating it from the perspective of death. It did not come the way it wanted.
He re-wrote the book, this time through the main character;s eye.Again, something was off.
He tried writing it from an outsider's perspective.Still no good.
He tried present tense, past tense, still no good.
So the crux of the story is he rewrote the book 200 times,to get it on the New Yorks best selling charts.,which later turned out to be a movie,The Book Thief.
TAKEAWAY TIP 2:
THE SIMPLE SECRET TO HAVING GOOD LUCK
Just like Markus and Picasso, revise your work 200 times-if you find 200 ways to reinvent yourself,to get better at your craft-then luck seems to have a way of finding you.
They actually earn the chance of being lucky because they KEEP SHOWING UP.
TAKEAWAY TIP 3:
HOW CREATIVITY WORKS?
You can make any job a work of art if you put in the RIGHT ENERGY INTO IT.
Bury your plowshares and work if its your TAKE.
If its not your Passion, they QUIT and make a REVISIT .Do some introspection and find your PASSION and BE zealously and fiercely into it.
TAKE AWAY TIP 4:
HOW DO CREATIVE GENIUSES COME WITH IDEAS?
They WORK HARD at it.
Be relentless in chasing and pursuing your PASSIONATE SELF.
Brainstorm things.Unable to do it alone.Call up a dear friend and do it together.
You will have Clearity.
TAKE AWAY TIP 5:
THE WILLINGNESS TO CREATE GARBAGE?
Many a times it happens that we need a DRIVE or MOTIVATION to produce a Masterpiece.
But this concept is a total NO.
If you want to be a great writer, fix up a schedule and write ,you may produce garbage but thats okay.
On one sunny day, your writing may turn out to be a VIRAL POST.Who knows?
It does not come with a fluk.It takes consistency and persistency to pull on and stretch yourself.
Dont Allow the whims and grins of Life to come in the middle.
TAKEAWAY TIP 6:
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PROFESSIONAL AND AMATEUR?
Professionals dont work only when they are motivated, they are more like a PRO.
They have a fixed up space and schedule,to which they adhere to and thats how they make a difference in the noisy world of DOES AND DONTS.
So,STOP WAITING FOR MOTIVATION OR INSPIRATION TO STRIKE YOU AND SET A SCHEDULE FOR YOUR HABITS"(CREATIVE HUBS)
TAKE AWAY TIP 7:
THE PAIN OF BEING A PRO
Sometimes, you may start with your Project on a GO,but then there comes a stage where you lack motivation and then it takes a backseat.
So to be a PRO,stick up to a schedule.Follow them monotonously even when you feel lull and dull and the entire world seems to be against you.
YOU NEED TO HAVE A QUICK SWITCH AND BE A PRO AND STEAL THE SHOW.
TAKE AWAY TIP 8:
The power of a RITUAL.
As James puts it,
"Use your ritual as an on-ramp for the bigger behaviour and habits you want to build into your life."
You know your day better so plan and revamp.
You have a TRIBE right, whom you GO TO?
Have them by your side.
CHOOSE YOUR TRIBE WISE.
They should be HAPPY WITH YOUR HAPPINESS AND SAD WITH YOUR SADNESS.
A golden RULE.
Have few ,but let them be like JADE BLUE.
And towards the END,
When you fell blue,DO MORE OF YOU.
Follow some Creative tweek pattern and then am sure you are good to go.
